How far in advance should I reserve a portable toilet?

Although we recommend that you reserve your portable toilet rental as far in advance as you are comfortable, a general guideline would be to book your rental at least one week in advance. During peak times of the year, particularly in warmer months, inventory of portable restrooms, restroom trailers or temporary fencing may be limited. The larger the project or event, the more lead time is advised to ensure we can properly assign rental assets and deploy the resources to your site in a timely fashion.

How much does it cost to rent a Porta Potty?

There are a few factors to consider that can affect the total Porta Potty rental price. What is the length of my event, hours, days, weeks, months? The length of time the unit will actually be in use directly affects how many toilets you might need to order. Upgrades like flushing toilet restrooms, restrooms with hand wash sinks or separate hand wash stations are available at different rental rates than basic Porta Potty rentals. Weekend delivery, service or pickup is available at an additional charge.

Where will you place my portable restroom when it’s delivered?

We will place your portable restroom at your event or job site per your instructions and will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes. However, we must keep the unit level and readily accessible for servicing. This ensures that our trucks, employees, and equipment are not in danger or at risk.

How often do I need my toilet serviced?

The minimum service frequency for a portable toilet is once per week, for up to 10 people over a normal work week. Routine weekly service will ensure sanitary conditions inside your restroom for all users and includes replenishing of supplies. Consider scheduling service more than once a week to provide an experience in line with all other public facilities.

Will I need to provide any supplies for the portable toilet?

No, you will not. Our restrooms are delivered with all the necessary supplies. Our standard units come with toilet paper, while our deluxe units with sinks will have toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Additional extra-fee options are available to add to any unit depending on your needs and include toilet seat covers and hand sanitizer.

How often will I be billed for rental and service?

The billing starts on the day of delivery and then we bill in advance on a 28-day cycle thereafter.

How do I pay for my rental?

We require a signed credit card form upon placement to secure your order. This card will be charged monthly until you call for a pickup. We do accept all major credit cards. If you do not wish to have this card billed monthly, ask one of our sales reps how you can pay your invoice online.

Are there any additional fees when I am billed?

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge waste disposal fees and enhanced safety fees. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that we can offer every customer all of our quality products and service at affordable prices.
